last week mr. handsome and i took a much needed break from reality and headed to mexico to celebrate one of our favourite couples tie the knot.

the weather was perfect, we saw the ruins, took a jungle tour full of zip lining, cenote snorkeling/swimming, took part in a mayan smoke ceremony, ate an authentic meal, ATV'd through the jungle, boarded a 46ft catamaran (thanks to the gracious wedding couple) and drank beers at a swing side bar in playa del carman)

and the best part...the beautiful wedding.  congratulations m&d.  i wish you guys a lifetime of happiness and i'm so grateful that i was able to see it in person.
