Gingeri Chinese Cuisine & A West Coast Wedding Reception

since May my husband and i have been lucky enough to attend five, yes, five weddings of friends & family members.

three of which have led us out of province and one even out of country.

this past weekend in particular took us to vancouver, where we were lucky enough to experience our first traditional chinese wedding reception.

multiple family tea ceremonies, 12 course meal, 3 outfit changes, & an amazing experience overall.
all in celebration of a lovely couple and the beginning of their new life together.

congrats k & d

the reception took place in richmond @ gingeri chinese cuisine.
in short the food was amazing, presented in both a thoughtful and beautiful manner and every course devoured in its entirety.

i almost feel like i trained for this meal and let's just say training paid off.
cheers.

  1. The beautiful setting pretty much took care of the event. Not to mention the fact that the guys at Banquet Halls were flexible in allowing us to really make the experience our own. We still receive compliments from our guests about the venue, the service and the food.
