it's safe to say that i'm pretty lucky when it comes to having great friends.

you could even say i won the lottery in that regard.

today we decided to celebrate our friendships as JA, MD & I ventured downtown to one of our favourite restaurants, soak in some much needed patio rays and indulge in a delicious meal.  i heart these girls.

the venue.   boxwood cafe.  located in central memorial park @ 340 13th ave sw this restaurant prepares dishes using sustainable & local ingredients and even has an urban garden of greens & herbs that supply the restaurant throughout the summer months.

the only thing that made this afternoon better was that we continued  on & ventured out to village ice cream for dessert.  

friends for life & ice cream for the win.  xo.
