Shamrock Punch

with st. patrick's day around the corner, thoughts have now turned to all things green & gold.

honestly i prefer gold, what girl doesn't, but for my kids green is gold.

so for a special treat to celebrate all things clovers, rainbows & leprechauns, we are having punch.

oh and appropriately coloured, fancy straws.

Shamrock Punch

ingredients:
gingerale
key lime sherbet or sorbet
green food coloring

method:
fill glass with gingerale, add 2-3 drops of food colouring.  top with a scoop of lime sherbet/sorbet.
