avocado reigns supreme for me.
i will literally eat anything and everything with avocado in it, on it, anything.
we buy them weekly by the caseload, because we use them weekly buy the caseload.
mondays = mexican food = avocado = mondays not being so bad after all.
tuesdays usually mean mashed avocado on toast, because clearly the 12 hour avocado before was a teaser.
and now today it's wednesday, and on wednesdays we drink avocados. apparently.

Banana Avocado Smoothie
1 banana, ripe & frozen
1 small (or 1/2 large) avocado, ripe
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
ground flax (optional)
in blender or food processor whirl together all the ingredients above. adding more almond milk if necessary to get desired consistency.
