For the Kids: Breakfast Sushi


Bananas, peanut butter, and cereal, are probably three of the things my kids adore most.  Pantry staples, they are in high demand and enjoyed daily.


Today I decided to give the trusty cereal bowl the morning off and instead eat our banana-cereal combo in an unconventional way...sushi style.  Break out the chopsticks (or just use your fingers) either way these were devoured at light speed and requested again for tomorrow.



Breakfast Sushi

Ingredients:
banana
peanut butter
rice krispies

Method:
Peel banana, spread with peanut butter, and roll in rice krispies cereal, pressing gently to stick.
Slice into rounds and serve.
