grapefruit & greek yogurt parfait

ingredients:
1/2 grapefruit, peeled & segmented
3/4 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
1/3 cup granola
honey to taste {optional}

method:
layer yogurt in bottom of a mason jar or glass dish.  top with segmented grapefruit slices and granola. drizzle with honey if desired.
