Native Tongues Taqueria

on tuesday's it's customary to eat tacos.
but actually, in a perfect world it would be customary to eat tacos everyday.

but if you're really lucky you get to go out on said tuesday, with a great group of girls and eat your way through tacos, tostadas, elotes, more tacos, wine, tacos & doughnuts.
and that's just what we did, thanks to a delicious meal at Native Tongues Taqueria @ 235 12th Avenue SW.

highly recommended, you should probably go now too, but call me to come with you first.

here's how we dined & wined...

elotes |  grilled corn on the cob, crema, queso fresco, chile, cilantro

bean & cheese tostada | frijoles negros, cream, quest fresco, aguacate

tacos de guisados
carnitas | confit pork, white onion, cilantro
chorizo con papas |  chorizo, potatoes, onion, cilantro
frijoles |  refried beans, crema, queso fresco, cilantro

donas {changes daily} |  old fashioned glazed

  1. i went to one of the sneak peeks and there wasn't any furniture in there yet, it looks gorgeous! the corn was my favourite of everything i sampled....but i sure didn't know about doughnuts!
