Chicken Cordon Bleu Flatbread

each year las vegas plays host to the international pizza expo.

one: how did i not know about this?
two: why am i not booked on the next flight out?
three: how can i become a judge?

i'm pretty sure at this point, i bleed pizza.

in honour of the upcoming expo, vegas.com challenged me to wrestle up a pizza recipe inspired by one of the many famous Las Vegas hotels.

my hotel of choice?
paris

my creation?
chicken cordon bleu

it's valentines day-vegas-pizza rolled into one.

cheers.xo

best of luck to all those participating in this years expo.  i can't wait to see which pie takes home the prize.
in the meantime, i will continue to stuff my face with as many varieties of pizza in the expos honour.
