avocado & cottage cheese bowl

simple, yet delicious.
protein packed + healthy fats = winning lunch combination.
it's also the perfect bounce back from my overindulgent birthday yesterday.

avocado & cottage cheese bowl

3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/2 small avocado
1 tablespoon raw hulled sunflower seeds.

in small bowl layer in cottage cheese, top with diced avocado and sprinkle with seeds.
