and everyone knows, savoury is best matched with a drippy fried egg & creamy avocado.
Fried Egg & Avocado Oatmeal Bowls w/ Tomato & Cilantroingredients:
1/3 cup quick oats
2/3 cup no-salt added chicken broth
1/2 avocado, ripe, sliced thin
1 fried egg
2-3 grape tomatoes
salt & pepper
fresh salsa for serving (optional)
cook oats in broth according to package directions.
assemble with remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
serve with fresh salsa.
