lemon cool whip cookies

despite being void of a cookie exchange this year, i seem to have replaced said "exchange" and opted for cookie "gifting"

friends.  family.  co-workers.
you're welcome.

in lieu of cookies, i kindly request payment in the form of nail polish, shoes, and all things sparkly.

{only kidding.  'tis the season}

making and gifting food is one of my favourite things.
the kitchen is my happy place and i'm now on batch 3 of 4.

first - lebkuchen

and now....

lemon cool whip cookies.

lemon is my favourite and i'm weak, so even though these are intended as gifts, i forsee a couple getting "lost" along the way.
or is it quality control?

also, i'm  thinking of starting a support group for lemon-a-holics.  any takers?
