Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese

leftover pulled pork is one problem i love having.  


and thanks to hosting a Super Bowl party yesterday and my overestimation of how much food to make, i now have a weeks worth of pulled pork to work through.

Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese


Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread
2/3 cup leftover root beer pulled pork 
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
butter, melted

pickles for serving

Method:
preheat non-stick skillet over medium-low heat
brush melted butter onto each slice of bread.  Assemble sandwich and grill till golden in colour and cheese has melted.
garnish with pickles & enjoy!
