no bake oatmeal raisin cookie bites
these little energy bites are a staple in our house. so simple to whip together, and so easy to change up the add-ins to keep things interesting.
today we channelled our inner oatmeal-raisin Cookie Monsters.

oatmeal raisin cookie bites
ingredients:2 1/2 cups oats
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup raisins
method:
in large bowl stir together peanut butter, honey, vanilla and cinnamon until well combined. add in oats & raisins and mix well. roll into bite sized balls and place on baking sheet.
allow to firm up in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. enjoy.
store in sealed container in the fridge.
