Father's Day Morning | Bacon & Egg Cups

But that happens later.  

Currently it's morning which on Father's Day means there is bacon cooking in my kitchen.  My husband/baby daddy loves his bacon, like L-O-V-E-S.  So in honour of his special day (disclaimer: Sundays are usually my special day, but I suppose once per year I can make an exception) we are having bacon & egg cups.  There is nothing like the aroma of bacon to make J jump out of bed at lightning speed. In addition to bacon the kids thought he might also enjoy a bowl of Frosted Flakes, they're thoughtful like that, and 100% right.  Breakfast of champions, for a champion of a dad. 



Bacon & Egg Cups

Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 slices of bacon

toast for serving

Method:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cook bacon till 50% done in fry pan or on grill.
Spray four muffin cups with non-stick spray.  Line pans with bacon in a circle.  Crack one egg into 'bacon mold.'  Cook for 8-10 minutes or until egg is to desired liking.
Serve with toast.
