Pesto Caprese Flatbread
Ingredients:
1/3 cup tomato medley (red & yellow cherry or grape tomatoes, halved)
1/4 cup mini bocconcini
1 Tbsp pesto (homemade or store bought)
1 naan bread
3-4 basil leaves
Method:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Brush pesto onto naan bread. Top with tomatoes and bocconcini.
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
Top with basil leaves and slice into wedges.
