2 ingredient ice cream bread

yes, this is an actual thing.
bread made with ice cream.
the world is now perfect.

ice cream + self-rising flour = ice cream bread.
2 ingredients.
1 bowl.
happy camper.

and yes it bares repeating, this is bread made with  I-C-E_C-R-E-A-M

ice cream bread

2 cups premium vanilla ice cream, softened
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour

whipped cream & blackberries for serving

preheat oven to 350F.  spray 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan with baking spray.  set aside.
in large bowl, mix together softened ice cream and self-rising flour until well combined.
transfer to prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before carefully turning out of pan.

serve with whipped cream & berries.
