roasted pears w/ vanilla yogurt & granola crumble

crisp fall mornings, is there anything better? no really, is there?
well maybe a free Friday giveaway, but we'll get to that later...

back to fall, let's all give a high five to the prettiest season of the year.  all the colours, multiple wardrobe changes, a girl couldn't ask for more.
except for maybe a good breakfast that's healthy & delicious all at once.
i was recently asked to try out the new yoplait 100% whole milk yogurt.  available in individual cups and full size tubs they are a perfect way for every member of the family to enjoy the goodness of whole milk.  with it's thick and creamy texture it's almost as much like dessert as it is health food.

this morning i decided to make roasted pears w/ vanilla yogurt & granola crumble.  seasonally appropriate if you ask me.  thick and creamy vanilla yogurt.  crunchy granola crumble.  and the perfect start to welcome in the weekend.
cheers.xo.
