Long Weekend = Baileys & Ice Cream

Hello long weekend and welcome, you are much overdue.

This long weekend also marks the unofficial kick off to summer and the all important BBQ season.  #happydance

As proud Canadians we are celebrating by firing up the grill for burgers, corn on the cobb, and dishing out some potato salad on the side.  Break out the BBQ utensils we most certainly came to play.  Obviously in order to make it a true BBQ you need ice cream and booze.  I know I can't speak for everyone, but I enjoy mixing the two and creating an adult friendly dessert.  

Hello Baileys and ice cream.  Who said Baileys was only for coffee?  Not this girl.

Vanilla Ice Cream w/ Baileys Irish Cream

Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 Tbsp Baileys Irish Cream

Method:
Place ice cream in glass or bowl and top with Baileys.  Grab a spoon and have at 'er!
